- Contact & Identity Data: name, email, phone, role, organization.
- Booking & Survey Data: discovery call details, program interests, responses to pre-booking and onboarding surveys.
- Transactional Data: invoice and purchase records. Payments are processed by PayTabs or via our sister company websquids acting as payment facilitator; we do not store full card details.
- Communications: emails, messages, meeting notes or recordings (only with notice/consent), feedback.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, interactions (analytics and logs).
- Workshop/Project Materials: datasets, documents, or process maps you choose to share for training or pilots.
